I am experienced on all sections including pastry, my strong points are in budgeting,menu design, searching and finding good local and seasonal produce

After dedicating my self to my last position, i helped to raise the standards, attract new business, and make a name for the hotel and restaurant, i am now in search of a new position and new goals.

I would like to win the chef of the year competition , gain a coverted Michelin star, and create my signature dish.
