- Hotel chains, pub chains and all other catering chains, may place their first five job vacancies free of charge after the first five vacancies have been placed a charge will be placed on job advertisements’ either per job or via subscription.
- Other catering or employment agencies are strictly forbidden to use this site, under any circumstance, and are forbidden to remove employee’s details, advertised jobs and employer contact details.
- You are prohibited to post any pornographic or offensive images and you are responsible personally for your own profiles.
- You are prohibited to use any images that are not of your own work, business or establishment
Your account will be automatically closed and possible legal action may follow.
MEMBERSHIP, PRICING AND SUBSCRIPTION.
As an employee your may profile yourself at no cost. As an employer you may search profiles free of charge.
In order to access additional features and services, including the ability to communicate with Employee’s, view profile details, [including curriculum vitae] Advertise job positions, you must become a paying subscriber to the Service. Please see subscription for a description of the current subscription plans and their prices.
If you terminate your subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of your then-current subscription period (that is, the subscription period through which you had paid prior to your termination).
YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT
Cateringprofilesonline.com bills you via our payment page (your "Billing Account") for use of the Service. You agree to pay Cateringprofilesonline.com all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of the Service by you or other persons (including your human resources department ) using your Billing Account, and you authorize Cateringprofilesonline.com to charge your chosen payment provider (your "Payment Method") for the Service. You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. Cateringprofilesonline.com reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.
JOB ADVERTISEMENT SUBSCRIPTION
You may place as many advertisements’ as you wish, once you are subscribed to the unlimited job advertisement package. Please be aware that once your subscription has come to an end all advertised vacancies during that period will be removed from our job page, and search engine. How ever they may still appear on other job sites and search engines which are out of our control. You can re-advertise jobs by re-subscribing, and placing the job vacancy again.
RECURRING BILLING
Subscription plans to the Service consist of an initial period, for which there is a one time charge, followed by recurring period charges as agreed to by you. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
Subscription membership is continuous until terminated by the user.
TO TERMINATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION/AUTHORIZATION OR CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD, PLEASE GO TO
ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password that you designate during the Registration process, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. You agree to immediately notify cateringprofilesonline.com [customercare@cateringprofilesonline.com] of any unauthorized use of your username or password or any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Cateringprofilesonline.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision. You should use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information. If you share your computer with others, you may wish to consider disabling tracker cookies or your auto-sign in feature.
